Campaign Manager Privacy Policy
Campaign Manager helps users log in, manage their profile, refresh mutual contacts, view contact-based stats, and mark support or leadership indicators.
What we collect
- Your mobile number for sign-in and account recovery.
- Profile details you enter, such as name, email, address, and date of birth.
- Mutual-contact markings, future-leader markings, and related activity tied to your account.
- When you choose to refresh contacts, matched contact names and phone numbers needed to show mutual contacts and related stats.
- Campaign invite and sync data when you use campaign-sharing flows.
How we use the data
- Authenticate you and keep your account signed in securely.
- Show mutual contacts, voter/support markings, and future-leader tracking.
- Support campaign invitation, contact sync, and admin/statistical views.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Contacts permission
The app asks for contacts access only when you choose to refresh or sync contacts. You can continue using the app without granting that permission, but mutual-contact matching will be limited until you opt in.

Account deletion and retention
You can delete your account inside the app from Profile. Deleting the account removes your profile, your mutual-contact sync data, and your user-linked markings. Operational logs, deletion records, and temporary backups may remain for a limited time for security and recovery purposes before they expire on normal retention schedules.
